Unit Director
Rachael's career in health and aged care spans more than twenty years. Rachael is a trained Division 2 nurse and has been employed in varied management and clinical care roles including Residential Facility Manager, Residential Care Coordinator as well as in her current role as Unit Director.
Rachael's knowledge and understanding of the aged care system, together with her experience in negotiating and navigating through residential care fees and achieving successful outcomes for her clients, is testament to her drive and commitment to the aged care community.
Furthermore, Rachael has a strong background in developing, implementing and reviewing continuous improvement processes and departmental policies & procedures ensuring our clients receive an unparalleled service.

Placement Consultant
Sue joined Health and Aged Assist as a Placement Consultant in 2010 and has amassed more than 12 years as an aged care professional. Sue has worked as a Quality Manager and Division 2 Nurse for a number of residential care facilities, and has been responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of a 32 bed extension. Sue's knowledge and understanding of the aged care system is extensive and her welcoming and approachable manner makes her a valuable and popular member of our team. Enquire Now

Placement Consultant
Raima is the newest edition to our Placement Team and we are very excited to have her on board with us. Raima's warm, friendly and vibrant personality, together with her passion and commitment to making a real difference in the lives of others, is a tribute to her character and a true asset to our team. Raima has been working in the Aged Care industry for 8 years in a variety of roles including Admissions Coordinator, Customer Relations, Business Marketing and Administration and her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Certificate IV in Health Administration.
